Mighty Nut Protein Shake Recipe And Giveaway

I wanted to share this easy peasy, simple and delicious, yet filling protein shake I made the other day, but first I would like to thank Peanut Butter & Co for sponsoring this post. Lately, my protein shakes have been extremely boring. At first, I was using water. Then, I started switching things up and using milk because I needed to get more dairy in my daily diet and that was the perfect way to fit in my dairy on a daily basis. I wanted to switch things up again when I was introduced to Mighty Nut. Mighty Nut is a powdered peanut butter that is low in fat and calories, which makes it a good option for those who love peanut butter, but are watching their caloric and fat intake.

In my case... I am losing weight right now, while trying to build lean muscle, so I look for things that are lower in calories, fat, high in protein, etc. Regular peanut butter has A LOT of calories and fat and I usually can't work that into my 1200/day calorie intake. I can't have a serving of it as a snack and be completely satisfied with it until my next meal or snack. That's why I have been totally obsessed with powdered peanut butter lately and before I was ever introduced to Mighty Nut. If you follow me on social media, then you may have caught my posts on it not too long ago.

Vanilla Peanut Butter Protein Shake

  • 1 Scoop of protein powder. (I used Now Sports Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla)
  • 2 tbsp of powdered peanut butter. (I used Peanut Butter & Co Mighty Nut Powdered Peanut Butter - Vanilla)
  • 8 OZ of milk or water. (I used non fat milk)
  • Top it off with whipped cream if you choose (I used non fat whipped cream)

-1 Serving-
255 Cal - 2g Fat - 21 Carbs - 15g Sugar - 39g Protein

This shake is PACKED with protein and that makes me a happy girl!!!! My growing muscles need protein and I'm happy to know that this is just another awesome option to get my protein. This is not something I would put together and drink everyday, but it is a shake that I will put together at least 2 days out of the week to shake things up.

One of you lucky ducks will win a Mighty Nut in your choice of flavor (Original, Vanilla, Chocolate, Flax & Chia) and a branded measuring spoon.

This giveaway is open to U.S. only. Starts on 10/23 and ends at 10:00 AM on 10/28. Winner will be notified that morning.

There are many ways to enter, which are listed below.

Good Luck!!!!

    1. I never worried about protein shakes before I got on a high protein diet. Before then, I got all the protein I needed through food, but now I need to supplement to get more protein and this is a perfect way to do that :)
