Monthly Weigh-In: May 2015




Weight Loss/Gain: -8.6 lbs 

Total Weight Loss (Round 2): 40 lbs

Total Weight Loss: 61 lbs



I don't know why this month felt really slow in terms of weight loss. This month I lost some more pounds and I can definitely see and feel a difference with the way I look, feel, and how my clothes are fitting lately. All of my clothes are loose and I have been shopping and picking out a few new items of clothing here and there. What I need to do is get out and buy some more clothes that actually fit, but not to get carried away. I have been buying activewear in smaller sizes also. I am now in 1x bottoms from 2x. I am feeling really happy with where I am at. I am in a good place and this has been the lowest weight that I have been at in years!!! I'd like to say, 4 or 5 years!!! Maybe more... can't remember. I had been fighting in the 220's right before I left Hawaii and this year as well. Now, I am officially out of the 220's. I'd definitely love to see a 209 for my June weigh-in. I am getting so close to being out of the 200's. I can feel it! I can taste it! I WILL GET THERE! 

Just a little reminder: If I can do it... YOU can do it!!! Believe in yourself, trust the process, and what I like to say to anyone that asks for advice... LOVE THE PROCESS!!! Fall in love with the process, fall in love with fitness.... When that happens... you can't go wrong :)
