Weekly Workout Recap: 02/22-02/28

This was the last week of my February workout plan and I am switching it up for the month of March. I will explain more of March's workout plan in my next weekly workout recap post.

Below are the workouts I did for February with one rest day a week, except for the last week of February. I had two rest days (2/27 & 2/28) to allow my body to recover.
